Industrial Gateways
Features
Our Industrial Gateways are capable of collecting data from wide variety of data sources of different types and protocols. By this way, our gateways can acquire real-time data from old-fashioned input-output devices to modern PLCs, PACs, HMIs and/or IIoT based sensors/devices.
For data acquisition, our gateways include built-in support for RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, Lora-RF, Bluetooth, Wi-fi, CanBus, etc.
In addition to data collection capabilities, our gateways also provide wide range of connectivity options including major data protocols like Modbus (TCP, RTU or ASCII), CANBus Open, ProfiBus, ProfiNet, Ethernet-IP, SAE-J1939, GPRS, 3G, etc.
Our devices also come with strong data serving options. Based on the existing system infrastructure, they can keep a local database, which can be safely reachable from your other systems.
Most important of all, our devices provide robust and secure FOG and CLOUD system connectivity features. They can easily be adapted to major cloud services like Amazon-AWS, Microsoft-Azure, Google-Cloud, etc. facilitating MQTT, RESTful API and other internet protocols.

The essential components of a clock-working automation infrastructure are inevitably the sensors. Although it is possible to adapt off-the-shelf sensor products, it sometimes becomes necessary to use a customized sensor in specific points. IoT Studio can design and provide you with specific IIoT based sensors.
Our sensor products are designed to feature essential IIoT standards like Ethernet, wi-fi and GSM connectivity and also compatibility with your existing or new CLOUD and FOG systems.
A sensor product can feature one or more data types within a single body. Some major data types our sensors can measure are temperature, humidity, CO, CH4, NO, NO2, O2, vibration, audio frequency, any analog and/or digital data, etc.
Customized controllers
Features
During the process of Industry 4.0 adaptation, there may be some specific machinery in your plant which does not have any digital controlling device or may be controlled by an old fashioned controlling mechanism. Despite applying external sensors, it may be still necessary to implement a dedicated programmer to control and communicate with this machine or instrument.
This type of cases can be sorted out with generic PLCs, PACs or HMI control systems on the market. However, it may become a time consuming and cost increasing effort trying to create a controlling mechanism from the scratch.
